YOUNG ZEBRA VERSUS AFRICAN LIONESS

This is a beautiful task for you to do. What you have to do is to be a wildlife reporter for a while and comment the images you see in this short Attenborough's documentary.

OUR FEATHERED FRIENDS

Listen to Malek and Richard and answer these questions:
-Malek is a "ranger", what does it mean?
-How long has he been working in this wildlife reserve?
-Why are there so many birds at this reserve now?
-What do they put up nets for?
-Why do they put the birds in bags?
-Malek says they place a very small ring around one of the birds' legs. Why?
-How long does it take to became a ringer?
-These are some of the birds Malek names: chiff-chaffs, wheatears, Can you say that

IDIOMS ON ANIMALS

This is your new task if you want to "win" an extra point: watch the video and listen to it carefully as many times as you need. Make sure you've understood what these three idioms mean because you'll have to tell them in front of your classmates and explain their meaning. Enjoy!

Here you can see the answer to the question I made in class: What do these idioms
mean?: -there is no room to swing a cat
-to let the cat out of the bag
-to put the cat among the pigeons
